This is my first time being involved with NDIS properties, so I was quite nervous and hesitant. After ringing several companies, I felt from their attitude, they didn’t seem to care and talked a lot of fluff. This frustrated me and I started to lose confidence in this as I found they were not helpful at all. I then rang Positive Income Properties, and spoke with Gil. I found Gil to be so amazing. He was always so friendly and helpful, even if I asked the same questions again, he answered them. His responses were very quick as well, and he wouldn’t beat around the bush (so to speak), and would give me the facts. He even travelled down to see me in the Gold Coast, where he introduced himself personally and answered a lot of questions I had.

The difference between Gil and the other companies, is that the other companies were only interested in having me pay money upfront before they would share any information with me, where Gil just answered my questions straight up. This gave me so much more confidence, and I have now gone with Gil. I would highly recommend speaking with Gil for anyone who wishes to go down this road.
